Location and the staffs were good.Foods were also good and properly served.

Firstly I booked the property HOTEL GOOD PALACE BUT THEY SHIFTED ME TO ANOTHER PROPERTY APRA INTERNATIONAL saying we also own this property and it is much more upgraded but it was not.Property was not maintained.Specially lift, bathroom gate and room gates were jammed and locks were broken.Bathroom was not up to the mark.

Hotel is perfect for business locations and couples for shopping etc. Located central market of Karol Bagh , just 2 minutes from Karol Bagh metro train station,

The best part is the location. It is a walkable distance from Karol Bagh Metro station. Approximately 07 min. Mr Ashok and Mr Srikant are very polite and helpful. There are many areas for shopping, restaurants etc. They will give u two small bottles as complimentary. U can do shopping on the streets also.

Bathroom taps are loose and need to look into it.

Hotel service, rooms, cleanliness and hygiene, and everything about my stay.I booked 2 rooms in this hotel 10 days prior to arrival. I received a confirmation email n my arrival time was explicitly mentioned in my booking. However, the hotel did not keep my rooms. After close to one hour they sent us to their sister hotel which seems more like a budget hotel. The rooms given to us were very dirty; stains on the bed sheets, the floor, and the walls were also cracked with ants all over. Mosquitoes were in every corner of the room since it is an old room with depressing state furniture and bed fittings. The manager insisted that we pay the same price for the rooms, Rs 5488. We had no choice since it was 1 am and our driver left for his home after dropping us at the hotel. We are a family of 6, stayed in several hotels in India but never stayed in this kind of condition before. The manager mentioned that some deposit should have been made to the hotel even though booking.com stated that payment is to be made in the hotel. BOOKING.COM please clarify this matter I would like to demand a refund.

Best Hotel ro stay in Karol Bagh. Value for money, clean, very helpful staff. And the food is the excellent.

I'm solo traveller and came from Kazakhstan and was staying Hotel Good palace on 25 oct 2022 to 26 October 2022. Very nice and friendly staff, reception people were very polite and helpful. Room was good. I can suggest this hotel for tourists and solo travellers. Reception man talks a bit russian language - this is the big "+" for those who r from Russia. I wish all staff of Good Palace hotel further success and more happy tourists! Thank you.

Only location is good near to garment market.

Reached at hotel at 8.30 am they alloted us room at 9.30 am at request. They told us they have room without tv, we said ok but after checking room was ok but bathroom has lots of problems exjost fan was not woking, seat hand shower was leaking, over head shower not working, bathroom fittings were broken, rusted and painted after complaining they said because of your request before checking time. In evening when we came back to hotel the change seat hand shower and overhead shower but exjost fan not repaired. In night one 4 inches Critique us (kankhajuuraa) come out from washbasin after complaining they came after 15 minutes to remove the insect from the bathroom. Blanket cover were dirty after complaining they changed it. There were no drinking glass and water arrangement in room after requesting they provide glasses without rosters.

As promised room was for 3 adult but was charged extra bed for third person which was not mentioned while booking while the booking was for 3 person

Laundry services and arrangement of room decoration mainly lights in room are insufficient in my suit no 306.. even shower and guizar in wash room are not working properly

The location is very good as you will find almost everything nearby.

The hotel reception sent us to their different hotel as they had no room available inspite of a confirmed booking on booking.com and the other hotel was not good and clean. There were mosquitoes in the room and room service was even worse as my father had to go himself to fill water bottles from ground floor.
